Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment for returned products. RELIABLE FISHING PRODUCTS does not accept returns on products purchased outside of RELIABLEFISHING.com.

You may exchange a RELIABLEFISHING.COM purchase for another RELIABLE FISHING PRODUCTS item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase. Exchanges for items purchased outside of RELIABLEFISHING.COM will not be accepted.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.

For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the incorrect merchandise was shipped.  Merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund or exchange.

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from RELIABLE FISHING PRODUCTS via phone or website.

RELIABLE FISHING PRODUCTS does not price match with dealers or competitors.
